Before joining NKUST, we had designed a serious of planar AIEgens via excited-state double-bond reorganization (ESDBR) mechanism and enhanced their solid-state luminescence through substituted with fluorine-atom. The research results were published on the title of "Planar AIEgens with Enhanced Solid‐State Luminescence and ROS Generation for Multidrug‐Resistant Bacteria Treatment", the top international journal of chemistry, Angew Chem.
